Health Care Pathways
This pathway is referred to as "Direct Patient Care". It is directed to changing patients’ health status over time. It uses a variety of treatments to help patients who are injured physically, mentally disabled, or emotionally disturbed. It then provides treatment to allow patients to function at maximum capacity
