Who is our partner for lead abatement?

Green & Healthy Homes. Their follow up does NOT count as the monthly follow up. Their work helps make the home safe, our job is the medical side. G&HH is FREE and open to anyone who has a child under the age of 5 in their home. The child does NOT need to have an elevated lead. It is recommended that children with asthma are also referred to their program.

500

Who enters treatment for Dental Exams?

Metro Health. The FSW will scan and attach the dental treatment and notify MH by email that the child has an attachment. MH will review the attachment and enter the treatment.

If there's an issue with labels, staffing at a campus, or anything else for a lead or dental day, when should you notify the health team?

ASAP. We will do what we can, but please don't wait until the last minute!
