Sally and her family love to eat a variety of different foods. Most of the time, their snacks are made up of foods from the four food groups. Sometimes Sally wants to eat snacks such as pop or candy. She feels guilty having it because she thinks it’s a bad food.
What advice would you give Sally?
Sally is not bad for wanting to have pop. There’s no such thing as good or bad foods, rather, there are sometimes and most of the time foods. Most of the time, Sally is eating foods from the four food groups, – it is what she normally eats that is important to her health. It’s ok to have pop once in a while.
