You see a consult in your view alerts.  You click the consult open but just then your phone begins to ring and it is another veteran on the line that you need to speak with. How do you save this consult so it will repopulate back into your view alerts and not be lost forever? 

When opening the consult from your view alert notification on the bottom right of the consult tab there is a small button that says "next" with a pointing finger emoji, right click on that button and select renew, then go to file select new patient

Marcy gives you guidance on the consult that veteran can be seen via VVC with a MKE provider. What "few things" do you need to do now? 

• In CPRS go to reports tab,  then under available reports select: PCMM Team Member Display then VA Video Connect and see what is written in this section.
• If this section is blank then RN needs to enter a connection consult. RN can sign this VVC connection order per policy. The order then goes to Telehealth to call veteran and attempt VVC connection set up.
• You are notified of VVC capabilities, if VVC is capable then you forward the consult to MKE for triage/VVC scheduling
