Should you turn around in your seat and talk to a friend that sits behind you on the bus?
No. You should only talk to friends that are seated next to you.
Before you leave the bathroom, what should you do?
Wash your hands!

A whisper or quiet voice so the bus driver can safely drive you home.
Should you play and talk with your friends in the bathroom?
No. You should use the bathroom and return to class as quickly as possible.
Should you ever leave your assigned recess area without a teacher?
No. You should never leave your recess area unless you have an adult with you.
Should you ever open the door for an adult? Even if you know them?
No. You should never open the door for anyone. Only adults can open schools doors.
How should you exit the bus safely?
Remain in your seat until the bus comes to a complete stop. Then, hold the handrail while you exit the bus.
Why is it important to keep the bathroom clean?
So other students do not get hurt when they enter the bathroom.
What should you do if you are hurt or have a problem at recess?
Tell an adult if you are hurt or you have a problem at recess.
What should you do if you get lost around the school?
Find the nearest adult and tell them you are lost. They will help you find your way back to class.
Should you throw objects inside or outside of the bus?
No. Throwing objects inside or outside of the bus is not allowed.
What should you do if you see other students misbehaving in the bathroom?
Leave the bathroom and let an adult know that students are misbehaving.
What should you do if your friends want to use the toys you are playing with?
Ask your friend if they would like to play with you or offer the share the toys after you are finished.
You should walk silently in the hallways. Remember to walk on the right side of the hallway.
Where should you put your backpack/bookbag when seated on the bus?
In your lap or on your back.
How many students are allowed in the bathroom at a time?
Two students in the North House Bathrooms.
One student in the South and East House Bathrooms.
What should you do when you hear the recess bell?
Quickly put up any recess equipment and get in line quietly.
