What do you need to do if you are unable to attend program on the day your are scheduled? What happens if you do not call or respond to staff?
First- in order to treat you it requires you to be present, consistent attendance is a part of successful treatment. If you have to miss a day, let the clinical staff know as far ahead of time as you can, if it is the day of, get in contact with therapist to check in and safety plan
if you do not show/call/respond we will call you multiple times, we will call your collateral contacts and if that still does not get you to contact us, we will call police to do a welfare check.
