Honey bees are really amazing insects! Did you know that honey bees make honey? They live in a place called a hive, and there are three main types of honey bees: the queen, the drone, and the worker. The queen is the only bee in the hive that can lay eggs, and the queen only leaves the hive if there is a problem. There is only one queen in a bee hive. The drones are bees that never leave the hive. Their only job is to have children with the queen. The workers are the bees that get to leave the hive, collect honey, and take care of the larvae. If you see a bee on a hike, it's probably a worker bee. It doesn't want to hurt anyone, so don't be frightened of it. You should leave it alone and not bother it.
