Then once approved, dbl check calendar, note any corrections needed, then when all is gouda add to paylocity.
You must enter this note when calling to schedule pts.

What is daily?
This information needs to be added when moving an eval.

This note is used for a Recert.

This is who you reach out to for weekend scheduling needs.

This note is used to cover a pt driven delay in soc/roc.
Bonus 100 if you can say how long you have to do a timely soc/roc.

This information is needed for wound care orders.

This note is used for a Home Health Agency DC.

This is the process for scheduling visits.
What is subject to change?
Call and schedule what you can the night before. Note to pull fwd what you can. Collaborate w/ schedulers and team.
ALL VISITS are subject to change and same day visits may be needed as things continue to change w/in home health to keep your days full, checks bountiful. If FT status expected to work FT unless PTO is set.
Wound photos and measurements should be completed this often.
Bonus 100 - This needs plotted w/visit.
