Go to newhavenpromise.org and click on apply.
Can do this as early as 7th grade. Must be 13 and have a personal email address.
At least 40, may be more depending on the high school.
Fans of "America's Sweethearts", "Dancing with the Stars", Anime, Dance Moms, The Voice, or have seen Hamilton, would fit right in at this school that spends half of their day in intense "double-block" art classes.
