A place where students can go if they are sick, have health concerns, or are going to miss class due to illness.

Aid provided to students to cover any remaining costs that requires repayment at a set interest over time.

An individual living in the dorm with other students who is available to answer questions and assist with any issue a student may have.
What is an RA?
The faculty member who oversees a certain major.
Who is the chairperson?
The online system used by CU students to schedule classes, check financial aid, check grades, etc.
What is Banner?
Aid provided to approved students that does not require repayment as long as all terms are met.
What are Federal Grants?
An action students can take if they realize they will not earn the grade they need in a class to remove themselves before being awarded a grade.
What is withdraw?
An office that can assist with prolonged absences, impacts of medical or personal emergencies, resource insecurities, mental health, and help connecting with on and off campus resources.
What is the Dean of Students office?
The person who oversees all faculty and students within a college, sets goals for college, and handles administrative tasks.

The online system used by CU students and professors for coursework and announcements for class.

A type of online education which allows students to access materials, watch lectures, and complete coursework on their own time rather than attending class on a specific schedule.
What is Asynchronous?
Changes in instruction or assessment practices that can help reduce the impact of an individual's disability on his or her interaction with the material. Assessed by University Disability Services.
What is an accommodation.
The person who oversees all academic affairs, curriculum, and other academic areas for the university to run smoothly.
Who is the provost.
An audit and advising tool that provides students, staff, and faculty the ability to help students track how they are progressing on their academic program.
