Yes. If the member isn't ready for the appointment and the driver leaves without the member, the one way trip will still be used. Also if the ride isn't canceled at least 2 hours prior to dispatch it'll use the one way trip still.

Yes it would be covered under the warranty and it covers loss once each hearing aid for a 3 year period.
