What is the Offline Dashboard?
You must open the HIP application in this Internet browser so that you do not lose your work.
What is the Chrome browser?
This tile allows you to quickly add a note without losing your place in a members record.
What is the add notes tile?
This tile houses all external files that are uploaded into a members case.
What is the Documents tile?
This icon is visible when an individual is on the Do Not Call list.
What is a phone with a line through it?
When preparing to go offline the 1st thing you should do is this.
What is Clear your cache?
This tool is the Guide to how things work globally in HIP and is your biggest resource around general functionality of HIP.
What is the Quick Steps Tool?
This tile allows you to review a high-level summary of all of the case information and member information before calling the member.
What is the Call Prep Tile?
This button is used to edit information that has already been saved in an individuals case.
What is the pencil?
Not only must you check out the forms and assessments to the offline dashboard, but you must also pull this to the offline dashboard.
You should do this when it is time for you to go on lunch break and also when you leave for the day.
What is Log Out?
This tile houses all of a member's deductible, coinsurance and copayment amounts for different services
What is the Benefit Search tile?
This tile houses the Emergency preparedness back up plan, allergies, immunizations and general medical information.
What is the Health Charts Tile?
This is used to add professional care team members and medications to the individuals record.
What is the Magnify glass?
Once you have prepared your visits to go offline, it is time to unplug your wired connection and put your computer in this mode to keep it from trying to connect to the internet.
What is Airplane mode?
This tile allows you to locate and suggest community services based on the member's needs.
This tile is where you will go to mail out documentations to members and providers.

This button allows you to work in two different sections of the same case at the same time.
What is Split Screen?
While offline if either of these two things happen all of your data will be lost.
What is the browser closes, or computer loses power?
This tile, like the exit case button, will take you to the exit case screen to be completed to return to your dashboard.
