- 14 points wanted peace without victory. Returning land captured during the war.

-TOV wanted payback on Germany. They were stripped of all fighting power and forced to pay for damages. 

-The League of Nations was adopted from the 14 points, and the TOV was chosen. Germany was basically left in shambles.
