Describe the Delhi sultanate 

The Delhi Sultanate was formed when Islamic forces overtook northern parts of South Asia and the city of Delhi. The Sultanate brought Islam into India, and though many converted, many Hindus resented the Muslims for taking over. The Delhi Sultanate did not have an organized bureaucracy, which made it difficult for policies to be implemented over areas in their jurisdiction.
