Do you have a preferred injector

If someone is paying for their friends facial on their account, what would the invoices look like? 

Charge the friend for the treatment at their cost, change the invoice to a prepaid (if their paying in advance), and leave notes in the invoice/ sticky note saying they are purchasing for their friend. 

The client that got treated will also have an invoice made with a zero'd out treatment and notes saying you redeemed it from their friends account.

A client's checks in for their appointment and the notes say 'pa delinquent' - how do you make their membership current? 

Update the card on file - under contract info, billing, view eft 

Back to home page, club payment, select correct card and push it through

Walk me through a gift card invoice.

Gift card is it's own invoice type, it prompts you to enter in the code (on the back of the card), select 'all patients', enter in the amount and take payment.

Walk me through an invoice of a client that wants to use Care Credit. 

 Look them up on the care credit website, wait for them to fill out the form on their phone. Complete the transaction on PN, PRINT THE RECEIPT AND HAVE THEM SIGN IT! 

We need to scan it into their account.
