The proper procedure for basic/thorough hand washing (steps and details)?
What is to:
1. Wet Hands
2. Apply Soap
3. Rub Hands Together (front, back, each finger, nails/cuticles, wrists (min.) or elbows).
4. Rinse Under Running Water
5. Use Paper Towel to Turn Off the Water.
6. Dry Hands Thoroughly with Paper Towel.
7. Dispose of Used Paper Towel in Trash Bin.
BONUS:
Before Disposing, Use the Paper Towel to Open Bathroom Door/ Turn Off Lights.
