You must first check the PJM status of these parts. If the job tickets have already been pulled, no it’s too late. If the job tickets have not been pulled and the item is in a PRD status, yes you can make changes.

Why would something be on an artwork waiting hold and what do you do with an art waiting hold?
We are waiting for the artwork or good quality artwork. When you get the answer, fill in who you talked to, the answer & check mark the complete box. Then you reroute (reassign) to Art Pending (do not disposition).

List the steps to answering a customer service hold
After bringing up order, in order detail screen, click on Participant Search button. Right click and claim the order by opening it. Go to the question tab, fill in who talked to, answer & check mark complete box. Retrieve order in Order Entry, make changes and submit. Come back to the hold in Office and disposition.

What does the DIO status mean? Can you make changes?
If DIO is the status, you will need to check the item tracking below for that particular item. If there is not a scan that the job ticket has been pulled, you can treat it as if it’s a PRD and make changes. If there’s a scan that the job ticket is pulled, it’s too late to make changes
