Multiple WIC Economic Units Living at Same Address and the person on the Lease does not want to give you proof of address/proof of income. What should you do?
An applicant could receive an in-kind (free) benefit that provides housing and still be considered a separate economic unit, but he/she must have enough money to pay for other daily living expenses. Ask probing questions. Does the person have an adjunct program? Can the Lease owner write a letter? No Proof=Self Declare.
