• MIT (Manager In Training) refers to the trainee
• 45 hours of training time has been allocated for the Store Manager Trainer (SMT)
• MIT now receives five weeks of training versus four weeks
• Store Manager 200 (SM 200) replaces SMT 90
• Store Manager 300 (SM 300) replaces SMT 180
