1) Continual respect and growth for what God requires 2) A constant effort to do Christ's will
3) Love for on another
What are the visible marks of sanctification?
When God declares a sinner to be righteous on account of faith in Christ.
What is justification?
In three persons.
In how many persons does this one God exist?
Chose where to live and work based on worldly wisdom.
Who is Lot?
Everything that together stands opposed to God.
What is the world?
A person whose life rests on faith in Jesus Christ and the belif their life is held together by the righteousness of Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit.
What is a true Christian believer?
Lifelong process of becoming more and more like Christ.
What is sanctification?
God is everywhere.
Where is God?
Laughed and thought the destruction of the city of Sodom was a joke when Lot told them God's message to hurry and flee the city.
Who is Lot's son-in-laws.
The thing Christians need most to fight the good fight.
What is faith?
Striving to be like Jesus, living a life of faith in Jesus, drawing from Him daily peace and strength.
What is Holiness?
The act of submitting (obeying) to the commands (laws) of God, the highest authority, creator, and Father of mankind.
What is obedience?
God is a Spirit, and has not a body like men
What is God?
Showed love to others, honoring them before himself, and chose were to live and settle where God called him.
Who is Abraham?
The indwelling helper believers have in the fight.
Who is the Holy Spirit?
Spiritually minded and exhibit the fruit of the spirit. Meek, gentle, patient, slow to talk of ‘their rights’, not self-indulgent, full of love, humble, faithful, reliable
What do holy people look like?
Regretting and turning away from sin.
What is repentance?
The Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost.
What are they (the three persons of God)?
Wins the love of Boaz, her kinsmen-redeemer, through her acts of kindness.
Who is Ruth?
