When do we collect payment regarding Nexplanon/IUD insertion?
The initial Birth Control Consult is the only time we collect payment, unless the consult is being done during a WWE which is free (for insured members).
What does it mean if there is a green plus next to a member's name in the search?
They are eligible for services and their account is not active.
How would you schedule a Procedure that is not birth control related? (example: Toenail removal)
Schedule two back to back OVs.
How and how many weeks out do we schedule an IUD/Nexplanon follow up?
Six weeks out.
IUD will be scheduled as Well Woman Short Exam with Birth control IUD follow up in CC.
Nexplanon will be scheduled as OV/V-OV with Birth control Nexplanon follow up in CC.
When insurance starts over, how much will an in-person visit cost for Premera Standard and Premera IN Network insurance holders? How much will a Virtual visit cost?
