normally: 10pm-10am everyday

what would be considered an unauthorized room change or checkout?
Room changes without RD or RA permission including an improper checkout from an assigned room at any time.

what are the steps if a resident is having a roommate conflict?
try to talk it out with their roommate first
talk with RA and have a mediated discussion with roommate while RA is present
have a meeting with RD, RA, and roommate

incense, candles (burned or unburned), halogen lamps, toasters, grills, hot plates, fryers including air fryers, anything flammable, weapons including nerfguns.
what kind of decorations are not allowed in the dorms or apartments?
possession of traffic signs, highway markers, and other official markers (possession of official markers is illegal in the Texas Penal Code). live Christmas trees or wreaths.
what would be considered excessive noise during quiet hours?
radios, stereos, etc. that can be heard in the hall outside the room. Such noises as banging doors, honking horns, yelling etc. will not be tolerated in the residential community.
what would be considered inconsiderate behavior?
water fights, crawling through windows, throwing items from windows, smoking or dipping inside the building or in room, contract violations, or failing to properly dump trash in the outside dumpsters.
