Doodle Reset
Grab a piece of paper and doodle whatever comes to mind for 2 minutes. Don't worry about making it look good, just start drawing whatever comes to your mind.
One Song Reset
Put on one song you enjoy. While you listen, focus only on the music. Notice the beat, instruments, and lyrics.
Categories

Alphabet Game
Pick a category and name something for every letter you can. Example: foods — A = apple, B = banana…
Fact or Thought
Think of something you've been worrying about. Write one thing you KNOW is a fact and one thing your brain is TELLING you might happen.
Shake It Out
Stand up and shake out your hands, arms, legs, and shoulders for 20 seconds. Then stop and notice how your body feels.
Draw It Out
Think of something that is bothering you. Instead of explaining it with words, draw what the feeling looks like.
Music and Movement
Pick a song and move however you want for the length of the song. Dance, stretch, walk around-- anything goes.
Would You Rather
Create a “Would You Rather” question for the other person. Make it as ridiculous or difficult as possible.
What Would You Tell a Friend?
Think of an unhelpful thought you sometimes have. Imagine your friend said the exact same thing about themselves. What would you say to them?
Walk It Off
Take a short walk while paying attention to what you see, hear, and feel around you.
Feelings To Art
Draw what "stress", "anger", "anxiety", or another big feeling would look like as a character. Give it a name and a personality.
Build A Reset Song
Think of a song that helps you feel calm, confident, happy, or understood. Add it to a mental “reset playlist.” Be ready to explain why you chose it.
60 Second Challenge
You have 60 seconds to draw something, name as many things as possible, solve a simple puzzle, or complete another quick challenge.
Flip The Script
Take an unhelpful thought and rewrite it into something more realistic and balanced. It doesn't have to be positive — just more fair and accurate.
Wall Push
Put your hands against a wall and push against it for 10 seconds. Release. Repeat 2–3 times.
Create Your Own
You have 3 minutes to create something using only a piece of paper and something to write with.
The goal isn't to make it good -- it's to give your brain something else to focus on.
Soundtrack Your Mood
Choose a song for each: 😡 angry, 😢 sad, 😰 anxious, 😎 confident. You can use the same song more than once.
Make Your Own Distraction
Come up with one activity you could do for 5–10 minutes when you need to get your mind off something. It has to be something you could realistically do at home.
Three Things
When your brain is stuck on one thing, name 3 things you can control right now, 3 things you can't control, and 1 thing you can do about the situation.
Movement Reset
Create your own 1-minute movement routine that you could use when you're frustrated, restless, overwhelmed, or stuck in your head.
