Someone calls in and says they're an international student and wants help with paying their FSU tuition. What should you say?
If someone is an international student, check if they are also studying abroad. If not, the CGE (Center for Global Engagement) manages and advises international students. Transfer them to CGE :)
If someone makes a mistake on their application form, what do you do?
- Give them a new form to fill out
- Give the form they messed up on to Kelsi, who will shred it to protect the sensitive personal info it may contain
When you take out the recycling, where do the shredded paper bags go?

Go down the film school elevators, go straight through doorway toward water fountain, make slight left to the hallway where the lockers are, then go straight out the big door until you are at the dumpster.

- Some variant of: "Let me double check on that for you" and go ask/teams a full time staff member
- Transfer them to the staff member who would specialize in that area
- If other options aren't helpful, offer them an IP- email

An applicant calls in and says they are eligible for renewal for their passport. What are the eligibility requirements to renew by mail?
- Have passport on person
- Is not damaged (other than normal wear and tear)
- Has never been reported lost or stolen
- Was issued within the last 15 years
- Was issued when you were age 16 or older
- Was issued in current name (or you have name change documentation with you)
