If someone is an international student, check if they are also studying abroad. If not, the CGE (Center for Global Engagement) manages and advises international students. Transfer them to CGE :)

- Is not damaged (other than normal wear and tear)

- Has never been reported lost or stolen

- Was issued within the last 15 years

- Was issued when you were age 16 or older

- Was issued in current name (or you have name change documentation with you)
