What is Middle's responsibilities?

Middle double checks over and ensures order accuracy and quality before sending out tickets. Flex to other stations to aid in pushing out orders. Communicates and ensure the rest of the kitchen team is communicating. Ensures all secondary task are being completed through the shift.

What do you do when a TM is clocking in?

Check over uniform, go over goals and expectations, inform of cleaning task, and ensure the time punch is correct.
