When do families get to set a goal for themselves?
Right at the start of the program, maybe even first visit.
What is the right order to conduct a Parent Survey?
There is none! A parent survey is supposed to feel like a conversation and natural when conducting with a family. This is an opportunity for the FSS to get to know them in a more personal/ connected level.
