If you have a WFM who calls out sick, but has no sick time to use, what do you do?
What is: Contact HR. If the WFM is in the process of being approved for FMLA or ADA, they have some time. For FMLA and ADA it is 15 days to return paperwork. However, a delay will not automatically cause a denial. If neither of those apply, the next step would be SFS and then CA for attendance policy violation.
