What is HUCR's Mission and Vision?

To create a welcoming environment where students at UCR can thrive and succeed while contributing to the Chicano/Latino community. We will focus our efforts towards increasing the matriculation, retention, and graduation rates among the Chicano/Latino male student population. We will achieve this through the guidance of our three pillars: academic excellence, community service, and social networking. As “La Nueva Person”, our mission is to impact our community and serve as leaders to incoming Chicano/Latino students.
