No!  This is not applicable to the GRID 20 device

Which PSC would you add impact to?

If the customer provides pictures consistent with a broken cable verify the cable/strain relief with pictures of Pack date after 9/1/2020. 

  • If new style strain relief add impact to PSC-180412 | Newer-style strain relief cable is still experiencing fraying
  • If old style strain relief add impact to PSC-113588 | LVS32 cable is fraying where it connects. Do not re-open this PSC. Fixed in ECO#211111.
