Check the astronomical clock and be sure they are aligned. The clocks not being aligned can cause the lighting to be stuck on/off since it will not know what the accurate time is. This is pretty typical to happen in Novar when a store loses power.
What does it mean when the auxiliary sensor is higher than the zone sensor with an active cooling stage?
This means the unit is not properly cooling and supplying warmer air than it should be and needs service. Possibly a sensor issue. A setpoint adjustment will not fix this.
What should we do when we receive a request for a staging issue in Copeland/CPC?
This will have to be addressed by Copeland support since we can not adjust staging in CPC.

No, this would not be a cabling ticket. This could mean there is a possible daisy chain issue with the wiring, a problem with the transition board, or an addressing issue.
Who should you include when you change the exterior lighting schedules in Novar when responding to the email?
Include Jacob and BPC email to the chain to have the changes be made permanent. Otherwise, this will revert back on Sunday when IoT automatically updates the schedules.

This means the rack locked out on high head pressure (a safety mechanism) and the high pressure lockout will need to be reset before the compressors will run.
