Should you wash your meat before serving it?

The answer is NO! It is tradition for people to wash their meat but putting it in vinegar or lemon does not get rid of the bacteria within the meat. You also risk spreading harmful bacteria to other surfaces such as your sink. The only way to kill ALL of the bacteria is to cook your meat thoroughly.
