The given name on my petition was listed as 'FNU' but then it got marked out and instead has written beside it 'No Name Given'. What would I input as my beneficiary's given name in PIMS?
You would leave it blank.
*If FNU wouldn't have been crossed out, you would put your given name as 'FNU' but since it was crossed out and replaced as 'No Name Given', you would leave the given name field blank.
I assigned my petitioner in PIMS correctly; however, I need to unassign it and route it since the PIMS record does not consist of two pieces of information already that were listed on my file.

2. What would be the priority in the PVC Referral when I route the petition now that I have unassigned it?

There is no need to request a PCQS! Only enter the from date in PIMS.

Leave it blank! Only request a PCQS if your beneficiary's name is blank or if you do not have an I-129 page 2.
**Keep in mind that LZ Blanket petitions do not have a beneficiary listed and no PCQS is required for this.
If on I-129 page 1, the 'In Care of Name' field lists a firm name (ex. Law Offices of Adam Green), how would I input that in the PIMS record for my petitioner address?
You would enter that firm name in address line 1 of your petitioner address and enter the actual address in address line 2.

Address line 2: 6300 Wilshire Blvd STE 800
I have two G-28s in my petition. Please EXPLAIN what to do!
1. Check the form type on both G-28 page 2s. If one form type says "I-129" and the other form type is anything different, you would place the G-28 with the I-129 form type behind your I-129 documents. If the form types are exactly the same, proceed to step 2:
2. You will check the date on G-28 page 3 right column. Whichever date is the latest/most recent date, you will place that G-28 behind your I-129 documents.
My petitioner address is listed on my petition (all on the street address line) as "123 West Brooks Avenue, PO BOX 456". How would this be input in the petitioner record in PIMS?

The social security number.
Your alien number can be 8-9 digits long.

Edit the POC and add the phone # and email address from the page your POC is on from your petition.

I have two active LCAs in my petition. How would I determine if I need to enter the employment address into PIMS?
1. If one LCA is marked yes on page 3 and one LCA is marked no, you would input the information from the LCA marked yes.
OR
2. If both LCAs are marked yes and the information is EXACTLY the same, you would input the information from either LCA into PIMS.
If you have two complete alien numbers (none are crossed out) on your petition, how would you list this in PIMS?
1. You'll enter 'SEE NOTES' in the alien number field on the beneficiary page.
2. You'll enter 'BENEFICIARY'S ALIEN NUMBERS: AXXXXXXXXX, AXXXXXXXXX' in the Notes Section in PIMS.

My I-129 page 1 does not have a barcode! Oh no! What do I do?
1. Look for any other page in your file that does have the barcode. If you find a page with a barcode, you will place that page directly behind I-129 page 1 in your document AND IN SCANS!!
2. If you do not have a barcode ANYWHERE in your petition, bring the file to your supervisor!
