You do a 12-lead ECG of a 65 year old male presenting with jaw pain radiating to the left shoulder and arm. On assessment you note an elevated JVD, normal lung sounds, and he is hypotensive.

Complications: hypotension, atrial arrythmias, heart blocks, preload dependent
