Safety. When they're upside-down, the pointed tip is protected from anyone that may experience a fall near the toolbag.

So they are easier to identify and do not poke holes into the pockets of the bag.

Explain how a ventless dryer works.
A ventless dryer removes moisture from clothes by condensing it into water, which is either drained or collected in a tank, instead of venting humid air outside.
Explain how a heat pump works?
A heat pump transfers heat between indoor and outdoor air using a refrigerant cycle. In heating mode, it extracts heat from the outside air and moves it indoors, while in cooling mode, it removes heat from inside and releases it outside.

An odour source is the origin of the smell (e.g., dead rodent), while an odour carrier is a material that absorbs and holds or transfers the smell (e.g., carpets, furniture, ductwork).
Why do we complete job reports in the Sprinter before leaving a job site?
To ensure we have all photos and information we need before departing.

When doing a strata dryer job, what process do we follow when a resident isn't home/answering?
Knock twice. If no answer after 1 minute, take video of unit number/door knocking and/or doorbell one more time. This video should be 15 seconds long.
When would you use the choke on the compressor? And when would you NOT use the choke?
When: On the first start of the day no matter what, or if the compressor hasn't run within a couple of hours.
Ex. If the compressor was last turned off at 10am and isn't started again until 2pm, we would use the choke again (probably halfway).
We do NOT need to use the choke again on the second time the compressor is turned on, unless it has been too long (more than a couple hours).
What do we need to do differently from credit cards when taking payment via eft, cheque, or cash.
How do you know when you've reached the end of the dryer vent? (That you've gone far enough into the line)
Calculate the approximate distance while doing the inside inspection and clean.
