When someone has already registered and they are calling in to check on the status of their registration and after pulling them up you see that they are still pending and have not been assigned a program yet.

If the status is "Pending Anonymous Registration" explain your next steps
Pull them up in Orbit, check to see how long it has been since they registered. If it is over 7 business days, submit a status check request, gather all necessary information, and set proper expectations. If a Status Check was already submitted 7+ business days prior, submit a subsequent Status Check and email Shannon/Jose. Set proper expectations.
