We need to submit an EED form with the candidates information and requesting for an EED to be added to the referral to see if they are still eligible.

What information do you have to confirm with an ACC candidate before proceeding to normal call flow?

That you're speaking with the correct person, spelling of first and last name, company name, and if they were impacted by recent changes within the company.

What is the difference between the next steps between a program that has coaching vs. COC?

A coaching program, they will expect to hear from their coach via email within their first week. COC they will contact the team.

When do you complete a status check?

When someone has already registered and they are calling in to check on the status of their registration and after pulling them up you see that they are still pending and have not been assigned a program yet. 

And it's been 7 business days since the candidate registered.

If the status is "Pending Anonymous Registration" explain your next steps

Pull them up in Orbit, check to see how long it has been since they registered. If it is over 7 business days, submit a status check request, gather all necessary information, and set proper expectations. If a Status Check was already submitted 7+ business days prior, submit a subsequent Status Check and email Shannon/Jose. Set proper expectations.

Let candidate know they will receive their confirmation email shortly, and once in NGEN schedule them.

If the candidate has to finish their LDW prior to starting program, it is important to determine if they have yet done so, if not, set expectations and build excitement that they will be eligible as of that day.

Yes. You can activate them, follow the normal call flow. Let the candidate know they will be receiving their email shortly. Send a message in the Inbound Engagement Lines Channel tagging Maria, Amanda, Letty. Once they're complete it will reflect in NGEN and you can schedule them.
