This is a personal identifying number that every user must have in order to set up a Campus Parent account.
What is a GUID (Global Unique Identifier) or activation key?
At the end of Semester 1 for semester long courses and the end of Semester 2 for yearlong classes, this process must be completed for all students regardless of grade level.
What is Post to Transcript or Transcript Post Wizard?
This is the action needed for families that list parents/guardians as an emergency contact or students as other household members.
What is Disable Posting?
This is the frequency in which you should be verifying your PMR reports.
What are enrollments (ADM) and attendance (ADA)?
This is the screen and action needed to change a student’s address.
What is the Household address screen and end date the address?
This application allows parents to view report cards, email teachers and even update some personal information.
What is the Campus Parent Portal?
This person or group of people assist teachers with gradebook questions.
Who is an IC Champion?
This is the order that determines which schools are to process/review applications.
What is the hierarchy process (High > Middle> Elementary)?
This is person is responsible for approving your PMR.
Who is your principal?
This process allows us to electronically obtain a student’s previous grades, enrollment records, immunizations, health record, etc.
What is the record transfer process?
This screen allows you to update a guardian's access.
What is the relationship page or the Census Wizard?
This is a way to check that teachers have posted grades or successfully worked in their gradebooks.
What is a Grade Verification Report?
This screen allows you to enroll students using the OLR application.
What is the Student Processing Screen?
This is another way to describe a PMR.
What is a school snapshot?
This attendance field must be updated/verified in order to determine if a student is considered absent or present.
What are Present Minutes?
This screen allows you to Reset parent passwords.
What is the demographic page?
This is where you can find the district grading window dates.
What is a Report Card calendar?
This is the system that must be searched before enrolling new students.
What is the UID system?
This is the average length of time that captures a school month.
What is 20 days?
This is the frequency in which attendance letters should be sent home to families.
