When you say we need to enable resources, departments and visit types for web scheduling - do you mean direct or open?
Recommend that messaging should be adjusted to clarify that open scheduling settings need to be applied, while also clarifying implications for front-end (this doesn't mean you're turning them on in the website unless you do web integration).

What happens when patients attempt to leave a review for a provider who has already received their 8 initial reviews?
They can click on the digital reviews URL, but they can't submit a review. they get a popup prompt that the provider already has 8 reviews, and that they should look forward to booking the provider on zocdoc

We can use first name, last name, DOB, gender by default, and also add address optionally (if athena or Epic, phone number too)

Why should I let you send reminder/wellness emails to patients who book through a white label?
At Zocdoc we are aligned to your view that it is paramount to maintain continuity of care- 80-90% of patients who rebook in a specialty rebook with the same physician, and our wellness and reminder email programs encourage patients to be proactive in scheduling their care. Our emails generally either direct patients to the Wellguide / Medical Team where all providers they have used in the past are listed or to generic search.

Why does the Zocdoc white label have a Zocdoc phone number at the bottom? Can we remove the phone number entirely from the web version of the white label, or replace it with a different number?"
This is the number for the Zocdoc service team. It is there as a resource for patients who are having trouble booking. The reason we use our number is because our team are experts helping patients book online. We cannot replace the phone number with something different at this time.

Athena: We have a 48-hour lead time set for some of our specialties in athena. Will Zocdoc respect this?
There is one setting for scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations in athena. Patient cancellations on Zocdoc will not go through to athena. A patient will think they have cancelled on the Zocdoc interface, but the appointment will still be in the provider's athena schedule. Best practice is to set lead time to 0.

Can you turn off wellness reminders or make them more specific?
No. Currently the program is generically triggering patients to fill out their well guide, return to providers they have booked before, or run a new search. Over time we want to build a robust CRM platform which enables you to use our data and insights from millions of patients to help direct your patients to specific providers. However this is 6+ months away.

What happens if there is a lead time of 2 business days for a provider in Epic?
You must match the Zocdoc lead time to 2 business days because in Epic, lead time is configured at the writing level but not the reading level, so the availability returned does not take the lead time into consideration and could lead to appointment failures.

We have issues accessing the Epic IC PRD instance (we had no issue with TST). TechOps has indicated its a security certificate issue. What are two things the client can do to resolve this?
(1) Apply a publicly trusted security certificate. (2) Or give us the certificate file for their "Root CA" ("root cert") so we can add it to our list of trusted root certificate authorities.

At what point will a client tier be assigned, and what difference will it make to an implementation?
Assigning a tier to a HS client should be part of the closing process. ECDs will be required to input this information in SF. This will change level of effort for the implementation and eventually whether a CSM or Senior CSM is lead.

Cerner: our doctors have 3 different appointment types for 3 different locations. Can you accommodate this?
We have two different options here. Option A - we can build multiple profiles for the same doctor, but this would require multiple licenses. Option B - We can map one professional ID to multiple resource IDs on the client side. This can expensive to maintain for Zocdoc so it's important to do discovery before we commit. We've done this once with Tenet DMC where the engineers built out a special set-up).

The specialty drop-down on my white label is showing all Zocdoc specialties, even if the client doesn't have those specialties live. Why?
It takes 24-hours for the specialty drop-down to refresh to contain only those that are live.
