The range of colors that can be displayed or printed on a device, and/or that are available on a given file.
What is Gamut?
Typed text that has been converted to graphics and thus can be formatted as a graphic.

A collection of layers that contain image data from a raster or vector image.
What is a Smart Object?
Implies that parts of copyrighted works can be used without permission, only if the use is reasonable and doesn’t adversely affect the profit that may be expected by the copyright owner.
What is Fair Use?
The use of diverse elements and characteristics within a piece to create visual interest. It prevents a creation from feeling repetitive or dull. Is achieved through the use of different colors, shapes, textures, lines, values, forms, and spaces. High contrast.
What is Variety?
Elements in an image that are between the nearest and farthest elements to the viewer.
What is Midground?
An option that has preset and user-defined work areas that have customized panels.
What is Workspace?
An artboard canvas with a pure black background color.
What is 100K Canvas?
A value that determines how transparent the paint will appear on an image. The lower the value, the more transparent the paint will be. It may also refer to the transparency of a layer, mask, or gradient.
What is Opacity?
Visual elements arranged to create a visually appealing and impactful image. This includes considering placement of subjects, negative space, and other elements to guide the viewer's eye and highlight the main subject.
What is Composition?
Unauthorized changes and/or uncontrolled growth of a project's scope occurs while the project is in progress.
What is Scope Creep?
The overall space between characters in a block of text. Similar to kerning, this is the spacing between multiple characters such as a word.
What is Tracking?
The process of reducing the number of colors of an image.
