9AM because you are to document the time the IMM2 was actually given to the patient, not the time you are documenting the interaction.
How do you know a patient has Medicare?
Check the facesheet, use the IMM2 workque, or check the payor status that pulls into your daily note.
If a patient is discharging on Monday, the IMM2 form can be provided on Friday.

1. Open the Compliance Forms flowsheet.
2. Change the “Time Taken” section to the exact time the patient signed.
3. Scroll down to “IMM2 Form” and document the proper answer.
