How to process I-181 (NA3)

Establish relationship between parent and child

Complete I-89 by filling out demographics, COA, POE, date and attach the TWO (2) photographs

Stamp all FOUR (4) copies of the I-181 with admission AND ADIT stamp on each, write in the COA and validate for one year minus 1 day

Stamp child’s passport (if present) with admission and ADIT stamp and write in COA and validate for one year minus 1 day

Include copies of the mothers I-551 (both sides), passport, and child’s birth certificate and place them in the mail out bin to USCIS
