What is an anatomical guide?
Along the inferior border of the mandible just anterior to the angle of the mandible
Facial artery
Through the center of the femoral triangle and bound laterally by the Sartorius Muscle and medially by the Adductor Longus Muscle

A line from the sternoclavicular articulation to the anterior surface of the lobe of the ear
Common carotid
From the center of the anterior surface of the ankle joint to a point between the first and second toes/digits

What are the common vessels used in injection(embalming)?
Linear guide at the wrist, above Flexor Retinaculum and on the surface of the Palmaris Longus Tendon.

Anterior Tibialis
From center of the base of the axillary space to center of forearm just distal to the antecubital fossa (1“ below bend of elbow)

Begins at the level of the sternoclavicular articulation and terminates at the level of the superior border of the thyroid cartilage.

What is the right common carotid?
Along the Linear Guide, and (usually) along the anterior margin of the hairline of the axilla with the arm abducted
