Whatever the reason, it's hard feeling like an outsider every day. Sometimes, I try to force myself to be someone I'm not just so I can fit in with the cool kids, but it never feels like the real me. I know it's important to be true to myself, but it's hard when I feel so alone. I hope that one day, I'll find a group of people who accept me for who I am, quirks and all. Until then, I'll just keep being me, even if it means standing out from the crowd.
