Many DVDs are placed on Course Reserve. They are "locked". How would you go about unlocking a DVD?

There is a magnetic swipe machine at the InfoDesk. When you swipe the inside spine of the DVD, it will go from a red "lock" to a green lock picture. 

P.S. Please lock all DVDs upon checking them in.

Through a regional van that drops off and picks up ILL materials everyday except Wednesdays.
