What happened during the transfiguration?
Transfiguration, in the New Testament, the occasion upon which Jesus Christ took three of his disciples, Peter, James, and John, up on a mountain, where Moses and Elijah appeared and Jesus was transfigured, his face and clothes becoming dazzlingly bright.
Jesus told the disciples not to tell anyone what they saw until He rose from the dead, because people would tried to stop Jesus from going through the crucifixion

Jesus told them that he came to save all people, including the lost and the worst of sinners. Zacchaeus became a changed man that day! Immediately, he promised to change his ways and pay back all the people he had cheated. Being loved, forgiven, and saved by God changes you!
