Who is Cristina? Cristina is active in Disc Golf and recently was featured on a Disc Golf trading card.
This initiative began in 2017 and has introduced a total of 122 enhancements based on ideas from frontline associates and leaders.
What is the TOPS Responsive Pipeline? Thanks Eric for continuing to improve our associate experience!

What is Clarity 2.0?
I graduated high school with a class size of 28
Who is Samantha? Samantha also recently graduated with her MBA, and received 2 Master's Certificates 1 in Leadership and 1 in Innovation - her class size was a little larger than 28

Who is Kerri? Kerri will celebrate 23 years on 1/19
As a kid I collected buckets and buckets of rocks but never went back to look at them. They turned into the planter bedding around the house.

This project is currently the longest running project in the I&S portfolio
What is Personalization? Personalization kicked off in 2019 and has had 3 ODIs and 1 readiness managers on it so far! Well done Syed and DeeDee!
Although the I&S team mostly focuses on the "major" category, I also have launches referred to as "off-cycle".
What are the TOPS Releases? CI continues to be a focus for each Release. This allows us to improve our process for the frontline and COSI while improving our overall speed and efficiency. Thank you Samantha, Kerri, Katy, and the entire Frontline Readiness team for this year's release support!

What is the Digital channel? 5 projects include: DxP, Digital Redesign Buy Flow, Digital Enablement, Prepaid MyAccount, and Digital Email template which are led by Cristina, Samantha, Katy and Jessi. And the Digital Bunch video concept was created by Amanda - woohoo!
