As part of the instructor support for the Home Network Reliability course, Alisa onboarded 9 new instructors, and supported this many T3's to upskill the 29 instructors on active listening, powerful questioning and virtual engagement.

During the assessment process instructors are rated based on their performance in four key core compentency areas; presentation ability, classroom managment skills, foster learning & positive learning environment and business knowledge and professionalism. These foundational skills are taught to all instructors through this pre-requisite course.

In late Q4 2020 and Q1 2021, in partnership with Corporate Safety, Alisa worked to create a thorough onboarding and certification program for the following course.
