Supporting documents are submitted to cocedocs@snhu.edu and are uploaded successfully to the student's checklist. Then an additional ESS request case is created requesting the exemption.

How many acceptable assessment tests are there?
Are course-by-course evaluations required?
Most programs do not require a course-by-course evaluation. When students do no provide this detailed of an evaluation they are not able to be considered for potential waivers or transfer credit.

What qualifies a student for an English Proficiency exemption?
Proof of US citizenship demonstrated by an approved government-issued document, proof of a full academic year of high school in the US with passing grade in one year of standard English, or proof of a full year of postsecondary education in the US with a minimum of 24 transferrable semester hours or proof of a baccalaureate level taught in English.

No. Quebec is the only Canadian province which is not exempt from the English Proficiency exam.

An international student can be considered for AEP admission if they have satisfied all of their international checklist items and the only missing items are domestic.

What are the requirements for third party evaluations?
The evaluation is completed by a NACES/AICE member, is based on official transcripts, sent to SNHU officially from the provider, a US degree equivalency is included in the evaluation report, and a US GPA equivalency is included in the report.

No, as of January 2022 there is not an exemption for the Bologna process.

Yes, they are valid for 2 years. After 2 years a new proficiency test result will need to be provided.
