RFQ at a minimum, along with system level drawings, bill of materials, user manual, schematics, etc.
The difference between a field label and an LPC is
A field label is installed at the end customer site. It must be installed & powered up for us to do our evaluation.
An LPC can be done at a customer's site, or Intertek. It is similar to a listing (doc review, construction review, testing, etc.)
