- It typically takes us 7-10 days to teach someone to close a sale start to finish
- It only takes us a couple of weeks to get someone great at the sales aspect! Then we start their leadership training

- Based on the Loas, as long as we hit 4 loops, 50-60 leads, 35 contacts, 15-18 BPs, we will get 2-6 closes
- If we don't hit out goals, point out the part of the system we need to work on for tomorrow

- Yes, thankfully we have an entire training program that's designed to teach someone to close 2-6 accounts a day

- Talk about the numbers and how every T is the same
- Talk about why its important to get the job done anywhere
- Tell them how to affect the numbers and how to get the results they want

- We do lead based sales! We go to peoples homes to talk about their home based services.

How fast can does someone get promoted to management?
- Someone looking to move up at a good pace, Ideally we'd like to see them move into a management position within about a year or two
- Sometimes people move faster or slower, the rate at which someone grows is dependent on them

- explain the 3 types of adapters
- Coach them on how they would handle that if they were solo
- Teach them what the no's mean
