What do you do outside of work?
I stay home and rest up or I plan to hangout with friends or families.
Whats pervious jobs you've worked at?
First job I've had was Mc'Donalds and then I worked 2 jobs at the same time and I worked at Vivans Soul Food, and Mercy Hospital.
What high school have you went to?
Jefferson highschool.
Should you be on your phone during an interview?
No, you should leave your phone in your pocket or in your purse and keep your phone on silent.
What should you bring to your interview?
Papers such as: ID, Work history papers, Resume papers etc.
How would your last employer describe your work ethic/ work performance?
My last employers and co-workers will say I work really hard to make sure I get my job done the right way, they also will say I clean a lot. Also iv'e got told multiple times that I bring good energy to the job

When should you arrive to your interview?
10-15 mins early, show them that you can show up on time and even before schedule timing.
Should you practice for your interview?
Yes, when people are under pressure they might get nervous and bring up things that has nothing to do with the question.
What is one of your biggest acheivements?
My biggest acheivements will be that iv'e worked on how expressing my feelings, and understanding it more and how to control how I feel about things.

It should start with a strong introduction.

Shake hands and let them know you thank them for having the interview with you.

Yes, because sometimes jobs don't talk about other job oppurtines so asking could open your thinking for a job.
What do you describe leadership?
Leadership to me, is doing the right things everytime and being a role model, I think that what makes a leader is when people can look up to you and want to follow after you in a sort of way.

Have someone else read it and get feedback.

Sit up straight, legs together or crossed over, hands on the table to show your ready and make eye contact and nod when you understand the questions or when you understand what your employer is saying.
What is considered proper hygiene before your interview?
Shower, brush your teeth, eat some food get water and get yourself ready but be in time before your interview starts.
Tell me about a conflict that you faced at work, and how did you overcome it?
Working in fast food put me in a lot of weird situations but honestly, I do 2 things. Ignore the customers or try to help with situation and how I can make the situation better.
